Beautiful shoes, however I tried them on as soon as they arrived. Wished I had listened to other reviewers who said size down. I ordered my usual size 8. They were too big. Luckily Zappos has a great exchange program. I immediately initiated an exchange for a 7 1/2. Got immediate notification when they would arrive. Very easy process!

Not comfortable due to the side strap hitting foot, the strap the leads from the base to the tubular part. Otherwise great shoe
